Wishing versus Wanting

Still thinking about exercising but haven’t done anything about it yet?  I am here to say, “That’s okay.” Honor yourself where you’re at.  Your thinking about it ~ it’s on your mind.  But the question lies within, “Do you have an inner nudge that keeps occurring ~ an inspiration to exercise?”

I would like to take a moment and give some clarification on two words: Wishing versus Wanting.

1) Sleep at night. Try to sleep at night in the dark. That’s how you were meant to sleep.

It might sound simple, but you’d be surprised at how many people try to fight this fact. The fact that since we migrated out of the wild of Africa, humans still sleep better at night then the day.
