The Foods That Make Us Excessively Sweat
There is a small percentage of society that experiences excessive amount of sweating and I am one of them. I was told it was part of my genetics, but I thought sounded like a copout. There are ways to control it naturally. Eliminating certain foods can have a profound effect on how much you sweat.
Spicy foods are probably the biggest culprit of excess sweating. They’re hot to our senses in the first place, but they also have an effect while being digested. They end up increasing our metabolism, which heats up our body and causes us to sweat.
Coffee is another culprit that has a two sided effect. First the caffeine makes our heart beat faster and speed up our metabolism. This heats up the body, yet again, and can cause us to excessively sweat. It is probably best to eliminate your morning fix.
Hot liquids would be the second effect, but it also deserves it’s own category. This would include hot drinks and soups. These heat up our body and it is difficult for us to cool down, so we start to sweat excessively.
Lastly alcohol is a big one. Alcohol dehydrates the body and most of this will come out in urine, but still a lot comes out in sweat. This is why we have the effect of it always being hot while we drink alcohol.
These are the most common forms of food that have a great impact on the amount of sweat we produce. Eliminating most of them should help you substantially.
