In theory, losing weight is very, very easy. So make sure you eat at least 6 times during the day, in smaller portions.
Exercise. Exercising is very important when you are trying to lose your belly fat. Now, it does not have to be a boring task like going to the gym, I hate the gym, but take a walk outside, do something fun, play a sport, or any other activity that you actually like. I like going out for a run, but that does not suit everyone. So make sure you do what you like because you will most likely get bored out of your mind otherwise.
