There seems to be a growing amount of people that I talk to that confess to me that they suffer from excess sweating. It can be quite embarrassing to find yourself sweating heavily while you’re just sitting around with other people. You will want to change the type of material you wear as clothing. Most new clothing today has unnatural fibers. They do not breath at all, leaving your body extremely hot underneath. You will want to get your hands on clothes with fibers that breath. Take for example cotton, you will find that the hot air is able to escape and your body will remain cool and not sweat.
Another observed trend I have noticed is that a lot excess sweaters have extra weight on them. It is pretty obvious that if your body has to move around more weight, it’s going to expend more energy and get hot. Take the time to lower your weight down to a healthier position. This will leave your body moving around less weight and not getting as hot.
Next, you need to learn to mentally cool yourself down. Often we get stressed out or nervous and we sweat. If you’re excess sweating, often your nerves are firing all the time. With mediation and other calming techniques you can calm yourself down, so you don’t sweat.
Lastly, the food you eat has a great impact on how you sweat. Foods that are spicy are hot to our taste buds, but when you digest them, they speed up your metabolism causing your body to get hot. If you avoid these foods than you get it.
