never take the time to think seriously about what

the first thing you must do is to decide what it is
you want to sell. Do you want to sell a product or
service, or both? Secondly, you must know how
to market what you’re selling. It is not enough to
set a goal to start your Internet business. You
must have a well-conceived plan that will guide
you in building financial success in your Internet

That means you must lead a planned business
life, instead of a life which is made up of a series
of compulsive adjustments and circumstances
over which you have little control. To avoid
wasting time in starting a little to no-profit
Internet business, the first thing you need to do is
make a list of your favorite activities in several
areas such as:
1) Work
2) Education
3) Sports
4) Social
5) Recreation
6) Hobby
7) Favorite indoor/outdoor activity, etc.
Study your list. Does the same activity appear
under more than one heading – such as Sports &
Recreation, Hobby & Education, etc? If so, then
you can start an Internet business selling a
product and/or service in that area or niche.
Second, you need to know whether you have a big
enough market in your area of interest to sell your
product or service. You do this by writing down
related keywords that you and others would use
when searching for that particular subject on the
Internet. If your area of interest has at least
10,000 monthly online searches, then you may
have stumbled upon a profitable niche.
Remember, it is not enough to set a goal to start
an Internet business, you must have an action
plan that will make you money in your business.
Starting an Internet business based on your
personal interests, and selling products and
services to a target market that wants what your
business has to offer, will put you on the path to
making lots of money faster than you ever
imagined.
