Blood Pressure Foods - Easily Change Your Diet And Lower Your Blood Pressure

If you have high blood pressure, you are likely either on prescription medication or your doctor has told you that you will probably need blood pressure medication in the future. At just twenty-nine years old I found out I had high blood pressure for my age, averaging around 145/80. My blood pressure is likely a combination of inherited hypertension and stress. I was told that unless I could reduce my blood pressure on my own that I would need to be prescribed blood pressure medication in the future at some point. My goal was to do everything possible to reduce my blood pressure on my own without medication.
