Build A Better Bottom - For Women

Women spend more time working out to improve the bottom half of their body ( both butt and legs ) than men do. This is why you will see many a man with a well developed torso or arms with chicken legs. But this article is for women and their bottoms. The reason women work more on their lower half is probably due to media and fashion influence. Women wear shorter and tighter shorts, pants, and swimsuits. So this puts psychological pressure on them. Chances are, if you are in a gym, the butt blaster is occupied by a woman rather than a man. She is pushing for that nice tight tush seen in commercials.

The Four Stages Of Competence - How To Become The Alpha Male

This applies to everything and not just the choice you’ve taken to become the alpha male. Once you’ve made the decision to make a change, any change, most people will say “that’s half the battle”. Well, let me tell you - it’s not! Sure, you need to take that first step of telling yourself “I’m going to become the alpha male”, or even simply “I want to become more confident, more attractive to the opposite sex”. Just be certain you understand however, that this is only the first step.

Organizing - Generally Overlooked Key To Success

Organizing helps you save two of your vital resources. It is agreed by many Experts that most important resources to mankind are Time, Energy and Money. You can never regain your time. Once gone, it is gone forever. Hence productive use of time is very essential.

Energy is replaceable. It can be regained with food, exercise or rest. But time wasted due to lack of energy is not. Proper use of your physical energy is very important. Similarly, mental energy also needs to be ideally utilised.

Coaching Vs Therapy - Bridging The Gap

Defining the two fields:

The American Psychological Association (APA), says “…the understanding of behavior” is the enterprise of psychologists. My interpretation of therapy is it frequently results in positive changes based on understanding past causes for current behavior. It often deals with repressed conflicts from childhood to help clients deal better with practical, real-life problems. Therapy assesses and intervenes at the level of feelings. Long-term, troubled clients with significant emotional challenges are best served by therapy.

Distractions Hurt Your Brain

You may have guessed it but reading the evidence gives folks the shakes.
The average U.S. teenager spends 6 ½ hours daily listening to music,
messaging his/her friends, viewing TV, playing videos-games and surfing the web.

Add the recent research students daydream 30% of their waking hours, and
it is hard not to wonder how they are going to graduate and survive on their own.

Fact: multitasking and a noisy environment really hurt your 3-pound coconut.

Sure, kids can learn with blasting sound tracks in the background, but the
information they acquire flitters away in 24 hours. Later, when students
want to use the knowledge or are tested, only a wispy ghost remains.

Anatomy Of A Spiritual Illness (part 1 Of 5)

(St. John of the Cross in his book, “The Ascent of Mount Carmel,” indicates that God tears down the old body of one who seeks union with God, so that a new temple appropriate to receive God will grow).

Janet and I had just spent two years living by ourselves in a remote area of Pennsylvania. It was 1983, and I was tending oil wells on the property, cutting wood for our woodstove, and chasing black bears away from our trailer, while Janet planted a large garden, cooked soybeans in a pressure cooker, and made lots of yummy homemade bread!
