The World Water Crisis Has Begun - God Help The Humans Now!
Over population in many regions is stretching the natural water cycle too thin. In the dry seasons there is not enough retained water to use and when droughts come, it becomes a humanitarian disaster. The Online Think Tank has done many studies of problems around the Globe and studied historical accounts of water shortages. Certain arid regions of the world have always been a challenge.
Indeed the Romans were quite wise to build their aqueducts, and many a civilization in past periods has collapsed due to water shortages. Not long ago a gentleman from Zimbabwe Africa alerted me to the fact that water shortages were causing very serious issues in his country. True, it is getting to be crisis mode there, but many parts of Africa are in peril due to water issues.
The water issues are huge everywhere I look, all over the World. These are many serious issues the world over with human civilizations and the issues with water are always the biggest. Water is life. Water in the Urban Slums is very urgent, whether it is in Afghanistan, Argentina, Asia or in Brazil, Bolivia or Bombay because when water is scarce it makes for a very long day.
We must be water wise and plan not only for the rainy day, but for many moons without any rain at all. It is up to each civilization, village and society to plan for water scarcity issues. The best time to plan for this unfortunate potential eventuality is before the drought. Just like Noah built his Arc before the rain, we must build water retention facilities and wells long before the drought. Think on this.
